When you email us, please include your iOS version, app version (Settings → About in the app), and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Quick help
The list didn't come out right after I took a photo
Make sure the whole list is in frame, the paper is flat, and the lighting is even. You can edit or add words on the review screen before you start practice.
My child can't hear the dictation audio
Check the device's silent switch, volume level, and Bluetooth connections. If audio still doesn't play, fully quit and reopen the app.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select Easyspell. From there you can change plan, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the steps to report a problem with your purchase.
How do I delete my account or my child's data?
Open Easyspell, go to Settings, then Delete account to remove your data from the app. If you'd like us to delete your data on our side as well, email oguzhan@kantakademi.com from the address tied to your account and we will confirm within a reasonable time.
Restoring purchases on a new device
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, open Easyspell, and choose Restore purchases in settings.
Reporting a safety concern
If you believe a child's data has been handled in a way that doesn't match our Privacy Policy, or if you see content that is not appropriate for children, email oguzhan@kantakademi.com with the word "SAFETY" in the subject line. We treat these messages as priority.
